Diversified Technique

Hands On Chiropractic

With a specialized manual technique that relieves stiffness and pain, chiropractors have one of the safest ways to restore proper movement.

At Prime Health Wellness, we use an intricate adjusting style commonly known as the “diversified technique.” The approach involves applying short or low-amplitude and fast thrusts over each restricted joint, one at a time—aiming to restore the normal range of motion in the spine.

Let’s See What The Problem Is

The diversified technique involves a case history and recent X-ray pictures of one’s spine, and subsequent visits include motion palpation, with the chiropractor feeling each spinal joint move as you twist and bend. They also may check your legs to see if there’s an imbalance in the neck and lower spine.

The Treatment Plan

Our chiropractors are trained to detect the vertebrae out of place and administer a quick thrust with their hands, leading to immediate relief. With decades of experience and great precision, the technique used for this procedure are a culmination of extensive knowledge about spinal mechanics—ensuring consistently high-quality results.

However, be warned that the energy delivered during each thrust involved in the diversified technique may produce a “popping” sound. That’s due to the shifting of gas and fluids inside the joints. If this happens, you don’t need to worry as it’s a natural occurrence, and chiropractors don’t use it to determine the effectiveness of the adjustment.

Virtually all joints in the body can get adjusted via the diversified technique, helping restore proper range of motion while reducing nervous system interferences.

Your Safety Is Always Assured

The diversified chiropractic technique takes a unique approach to restoring spinal health, with the most common being manual pressure through the affected areas of the spine. This is one of the safest and most efficient ways to relieve stiffness or pain!
